Referrals will be provided, but an opportunity to learn how to build your private practice will be taught as well.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Psychotherapist (AMFT) at Lisa Chen & Associates Therapy. The clinician will be expected to maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week and commit to the associateship for a minimum of 1 year. The Associate Psychotherapist will work under the supervision and direction of the Associate Clinical Director of Airport Marina Counseling Service, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
This unique opportunity enhances your therapeutic practice and extends support for individual and couples' well-being. We work from a psychodynamic perspective and incorporate the latest neuroscience techniques, like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
We offer remote, flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs and will help you to develop your private practice. Associates meet a 20-client weekly caseload requirement, 1-year commitment, and a psychodynamic approach is preferred.
